In a Bid to Lead Training Teams, Interplay Learning Ropes in Ken Midgett and Dan Clapper
T Two renowned residential and commercial services authorities have been added to Interplay Learning's roster of training experts. Interplay Learning is the leading provider of online and virtual reality training for the essential skilled trades.
Both Ken Midgett and Dan Clapper have been appointed as market directors for Interplay Learning's plumbing and commercial HVAC and facilities maintenance courses, respectively. In their new positions, Midgett and Clapper assist company owners and executives in utilising Interplay's 3D simulation-based skilled trades training to recruit talent and upskill workers more successfully than ever.

According to Doug Donovan, founder and CEO of Interplay Learning, Ken and Dan share the vision that drives Interplay Learning to continue innovating. Midgett has more than 40 years of experience in the field as a business owner, industry advocate, and career and technical education instructor. Midgett received the highest honour bestowed by NOCTI, the C. Thomas Olivo Outstanding Service Award, in 2013. In 2019, PHCC presented him with the National Association Plumbing Instructor of the Year award. Clapper brings to Interplay Learning more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Dan began his career in the family's HVAC business doing installation and service before moving on to various regional and national leadership positions with leading HVAC manufacturers.
