West Ada School District Approves i-Ready Classroom Mathematics Adoption for Seven Years
F For the next seven years, the K–5 math curriculum in Meridian, Idaho's West Ada School District will be supported primarily by Curriculum Associates' i-Ready Classroom Mathematics.
Beginning with the 2022–2023 academic year, more than 800 teachers will work with 17,500 students in the state's largest district to develop their capacity for independent mathematical thought using the discourse-driven, standards-aligned i-Ready Classroom Mathematics curriculum.

Speaking to the public, Dustin Barrett, the district’s director of curriculum and instruction said, “Using academic data, West Ada has identified maths as a primary focus for improvement in our continuous improvement plan.”
He further added, “Through our partnership with Curriculum Associates, we are optimistic that the robust nature of the i-Ready Classroom Mathematics materials, applied in a guaranteed and viable manner for [Grades] K–5, will provide West Ada the ability to improve student maths proficiency. The i-Ready Classroom Mathematics materials will allow West Ada to teach, assess, and intervene utilising easily accessible and actionable real-time data to best support student learning.”
Sources from the school say that i-Ready Classroom Mathematics will be used in conjunction with the district's previously implemented online i-Ready Personalised Instruction and i-Ready Assessment programmes to provide teachers with a comprehensive and aligned solution for supporting maths achievement.
