INTO University Partnerships Opens New Centre in Vietnam

I In the same way that study abroad from Vietnam has increased exponentially, INTO anticipates a 20% increase in the number of Indonesian students studying abroad. INTO University Partnerships, which invested £7 million in its new domestic model with this in mind, has unveiled its University Access Centre in the Indonesian capital. The INTO UAC in Jakarta will provide educational services to local students and conduct IELTS exams, much like its counterparts in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

According to Olivia Streatfeild, CEO of INTO University Partnerships, "Like their peers around the world, Indonesian students and their parents seek a seamless recruitment experience — one in which they are empowered to make informed decisions through face-to-face engagement with university representatives and education agents."

"UAC Jakarta gives Indonesian students a space close to home where they can consult with experts, cut through the noise of today's information-flooded environment, and choose the best study abroad options available to them," said Olivia Streatfeild, CEO of INTO University Partnerships, in response to the opening of the new centre.

…the Jakarta UAC will provide Indonesian students enriching activities such as in-person seminars from visiting university staff, master classes with major employers and sessions with current international students and alumni…

The new centre, which is situated in the Puri Indah neighbourhood of the West Jakarta Central Business District, will also assist students from areas outside of Jakarta's city limits, including Tangerang and Pantai Indah Kapuk.

According to Danial Hamzah, INTO's senior country manager for Indonesia, the Jakarta UAC will provide Indonesian students with enriching activities like in-person seminars from visiting university staff, master classes with major employers, and meetings with current international students and alumni.

Sources claim that by 2023, the company plans to have a network of 14 hubs spread out across the world. According to sources, in addition to Vietnam, new hubs are also anticipated to open later this year in Bangkok, Bogota, and New Delhi.
