SkillsEngine Announces the Impact of Its Workforce Technology Solutions

S SkillsEngine, a non-profit organisation, has announced the broad impact of its workforce technology solutions in driving better career outcomes across public and private initiatives and its upcoming community-curated skills platform.

Industry sources have praised the impact of SkillsEngine’s workforce technology by saying that its technology has done what other labour market solutions cannot: unlock a collaborative, translatable, localised understanding of talent needs across industry lines by building a comprehensive set of offerings that result in a living library of knowledge, competencies, and skills requirements for future jobs.

…deep efforts are being made to facilitate a more collaborative relationship between employers and educators…

SkillsEngine Founder Michael Bettersworth lauded the impact of his company's workforce technology as well. "Deep efforts are being made to facilitate a more collaborative relationship between employers and educators," he said.

"Through hundreds of unique use cases, we've demonstrated alongside our partners that if you build the right technology townsquare, where anyone can access and engage with job requirements at the most detailed occupational and regional levels, incredible things will happen across the career spectrum," he added.

Although SkillsEngine's partnerships cover a wide range of public, private, nonprofit, and government workforce interests, it is the importance of bringing together employers and institutions of higher education that has had the most pronounced and extensive impact.

By bringing together academics and subject matter experts from business within one user-friendly platform to aggregate, verify, and validate skill and competency requirements at a local, regional, and global level, SkillsEngine's tech-driven solutions have overcome obstacles.

The technological capabilities of SkillsEngine can be used in a variety of ways, such as serving as a jumping off point when state agencies, educators, and employers work together to create a career pathway for previously underappreciated roles.
