British Council to Partner with TestReach to Transform English Language Testing
A A partnership between the British Council and the Dublin-based technology firm TestReach has been announced. According to the British Council, this would "change English language testing globally." The Foundation English Test and the flagship Aptis test will both be made available on the TestReach platform by the end of 2022.
Louella Morton, co-CEO at TestReach while speaking on the merger said, “We are looking forward to working in partnership with the British Council to provide innovative assessments underpinned with excellent customer service.”

The female-led Irish STEM company is "bringing technical innovation in assessment to worldwide organisations," said Marina Donohoe, director of UK and Northern Europe at Enterprise Ireland, the government agency in charge of the development and expansion of Irish businesses abroad.
The relationship between the British Council and TestReach, according to Donohoe, will bring "good" and "progressive" changes to the future of English language testing worldwide.
