Pantelis Andreou, president of PASCAL Education, discussed the merger in a press release, saying, "We firmly believe that this is a very positive development that will guarantee the growth of our organisation in Cyprus, modernising our structures and practices, bringing in new expertise and know-how, and upgrading our services."

In response to a question about the acquisition's effects on students, a stakeholder from PASCAL education claimed that Globeducate's "wide range" of international student events, such as Model UN, Academic Olympics, International Music Festival, Olympic Games, Student Leadership Conference, and Visual Arts Festival, will help students.

In addition, the source informed us that their teachers would gain from being able to participate in global learning communities with a focus on sustainability, reading, STEAM education, and outdoor learning that meet frequently online. This opens up opportunities for group members to exchange and absorb best practices.
