Rise Vision and Good News Network Join Forces to Cultivate Positive Learning Environment

F From 2013 to 2019, 1 in 11 children was affected by anxiety, according to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This is an alarming situation and, in many circles, has been termed a medical emergency. With so much happening in the USA and across the world, the tendency of kids to fall prey to depression is increasing daily at a rapid rate.
To help prevent the increase of depression in children, Good News Network has joined forces with Rise Vision to formulate a positive learning environment in schools.
Using video screens, Rise Vision and the Good News Network (GNN) convey positive news content to grades K-12. This is a fantastic move to bring some positivity back to hallways and classrooms across the U.S.
…digital signage shouldn’t be complicated—it should be positive, educational, and informational…
The pilot project aims to launch in June 2022 in 120 schools across the USA. Through positive content, the groups plan to spread positivity via video screens for grades K-12. The platform will also give students and teachers access to readable content about kindness and scientific breakthroughs. This will be set up on new templates created by Rise Vision.

Speaking to the media on the launch of the partnership, Shea Darlison, Head of Marketing, Rise Vision said, “Digital signage shouldn’t be complicated - it should be positive, educational, and informational. Rise Vision’s partnership with Good News Network addresses these points while being eye-catching and fun. It adds to the conversation of increasing social emotional learning and requires no design time from educators. Even better, these new templates help create a nurturing learning environment focused on joy and positivity. As Rise Vision continues to grow, we look for more partnerships to help address school and classroom communication barriers and save educators time and effort.” She also added that there will be no additional cost for Rise customers and there is a trial period going on for users.
