TutorMe Partners with Columbia Public Schools to Support Learning Recovery and Academic Advancement

T TutorMe, an online tutoring solution that creates access and opportunity for all students, announces a partnership with Columbia Public Schools in Columbia, MO, to assist students with learning recovery and academic advancement during the 2022-2023 school year.
Columbia Public Schools sought tutoring services to provide supplemental academic support to students, which was made possible by ESSER funding and a district Request for Proposal (RFP). Columbia Public Schools chose TutorMe from a pool of more than 20 applicants.
"As a district, our goal is to provide our students with resources that will help them grow confident as learners and advance their academic careers," said De'Vion Moore, Columbia Public Schools' Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education. "We chose TutorMe with the goal of making personalised tutoring sustainable and scalable," he added.

Columbia Public Schools, the state's fifth-largest school district, serves over 18,500 pre-K-12 students. The partnership with TutorMe provides students with additional academic support outside of the classroom and ensures that students receive the personalised, one-on-one assistance they require to succeed in college, career, and life.

The Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment, along with Immigration New Zealand, has been assigned more roles in the final strategy than in the previous drought.
In addition, the Ministry of Education has pledged to "understand what it means to honour Te Tiriti in the provision of international education opportunities for domestic students."
“Our partnership with TutorMe increases the availability and accessibility to tailored instruction beyond classroom walls—ensuring our students have additional avenues to succeed in learning” added Helen Porter, the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education of Columbia Public Schools.
TutorMe will be accessible to students via an integration with ClassLink, the district's learning management system (LMS).
